As the color / material designer behind the new SL72 Musica Regional, I’m incredibly proud of how our team brought this vision to life, celebrating the vibrant tapestry of regional Mexican music. We aimed to capture the essence of diverse genres, from nostalgic rancheras to modern corridos tumbados, fusing traditional and contemporary design elements. The embroidered details reflect the rich heritage of Mexican performers, while the earthy color palette pays homage to iconic northern attire. This collection not only honors Mexico’s cultural roots but also invites everyone to celebrate the fusion of music and fashion with every step.
